Do we take the time to ask them becomes the bigger question?
What's the point of asking questions if we are not ready for the answers?
If we are not truthful with ourselves first, can we really be truthful with anyone else?
Accountability is key.
If we are willing to be transparent and honest, then it's worth the time.
Otherwise keep walking in someone else's shadow.
