Tamar killed this song. She gave me life with no parole. She told a story not only with her lyrics but with her vocal range. Beautiful piano intro and then what sounds like toni braxton starts singing. However, once she reaches the chorus it’s obvious it’s Tamar. Although she’s singing about the ultimate betrayal the song is so beautiful. Her annunciation of her lyrics made me feel the pain, hurt, and betrayal she’s singing about. Her vocal runs were amazing! I love this song and it will definitely get continuous rotation on my playlist!
